Comment: Looking to do a major reno of our owner's bathroom area. It is currently set up with the dual sink vanity as a part of the bedroom and then a separate space with a linen closet, toliet, and standing shower. If possible, I would look to expand some of the square footage dedicated to the bathroom space to allow for something like a soaking tub? Would be willing to take square footage from bedroom and closet to make it happen.
