"Rick is a wonderful handyman. I first found him while he worked on a neighborâ s home. The neighbor told me how good he is. He put new screens on our backporch, replaced siding and painted our backyard barn, and installed heat tape on a long run of water pipe running through our unheated attic. All jobs were wonderfully completed. He repaired some plumbing joints that had not been properly done by a plumber formerly. He communicates well, is prompt in coming to our home. His pricing is very affordable considering the high quality of his work. I recommend him very highly and plan to employ him the next time I have a home project."

Had an issue with a water company running a screw through three sets of wires in my garage when they installed a water filter system and also needed my Meter box resealed due to the prior electricians poor installation. All this was well beyond my capabilities to repair and I had heard good things about QuickTime from a friend. They showed up on time and had everything needed to fix my wiring and Meter box issue. Once the repairs were completed, I looked over their work and was very surprised and pleased with not only the quality of the products they used but also their repairs and how they did them. I was expecting a significant bill, but when the bill arrived, it was half of what I expected. Given that money is tight these days, I felt like I had come out on top. "Yes, I would highly recommend Joe Schmo Electrical Services. The electrician (James) showed up on time and was very courteous. He installed electrical wiring for three bedroom ceiling lights (one with a ceiling fan) along with three dimmer switches. James removed and replaced a hall light to a newer fixture. He also moved my battery operated ceiling fire alarms away from the center of the ceiling at no additional charge in order to install my light fixtures. He was very tidy too. "This company is exceptional in customer satisfaction. First of all, they were on time, courteous and completed the job with no issues. The equipment they installed was much better than the previous one. I now have a circuit breaker, which I did not have before. They worked constantly in the hot weather and garage without hesitation. The job was finished way before AES showed up to turn the power back on. One of the workers stayed throughout the remainder of the day waiting on AES. Once they showed up, he walked through the house to make sure everything was working properly and explained everything that was installed. He showed me pictures of the damage on the roof and, where he repaired it. He even hauled away the debris from tree trimming that AES done. This was way beyond what I expected him to do. I only wish I had his name, so I can mention him appropriately. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking electrical solutions."

They've also handled HVAC and water heater maintenance and repair, faucet and toilet replacement, and hardwood floor refinishing for me. "Mr. Jim Gorman who is the owner of the business called me back within a half hour of my email posting. He visited my home 3 days later, inspected things, and told me what the approximate cost would be.
