"Its really nice to meet a company that uphold honesty and integrity as their values. This company did an install on my property following a major remodel in 2011 and did a great job at a competitive price. Fast forward to 2019 and I have recently had some of my roof replaced and the roofers removed all the of lightning rods! I called John and he came straight out exactly when he had promised. We own a large property and it would have been easy for him to charge me for a full replacement system but instead John explained that it was a pretty easy fix and the charged me very little to take care of my problem. John also walked the other buildings and checked all OK while he was there. Folks , This guy is old school honest and in today's world that's a rare commodity. "Beech Electrical was on time, very knowledgeable, polite, professional and their costs were fair and the most reasonable of over the four other companies that I interviewed ( which had crazy high prices).. I had a fixture installed and centered to my table and when all was connected the fixture was faulty (only two lights out of 4 lit. . I could either return the fixture and start all over again or Beach said they would try to troubleshoot to fix the fixture (it took a while but they did repair it) so no need to take fixture down and purchase another and start over. , I don't think any other Electrical Company would have done that, Beech Electrical will be the company I will be relying on from now on."

"New 16kw backup generator installed 04/23/2020. Stellar customer service!!! Today two technicians arrived at our home not long after I called relative to a possible LP gas leak. Once again they were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They took time carefully reviewing our newly installed 16kw backup generator and all connections leading thereto. They competed the repair, checked for leaks, ran the unit and cleaned up afterwards. When customers receive service like this, coupled with courteous professional and knowledgeable people, this company is 2nd to none. "After contacting the 3 companies provided by Home Advisor I chose to go with James Townsley and I'm very glad I did. He is very professional and did a great job. There were a few things that needed to be added to the installation, even so my cost remained the same as quoted. He was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls and did the installation on a day that should have been a day off for him to accommodate my strange work schedule. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during the installation. I would and already have recommend him for lightning rod installations."

"John Sherlock and his wife Corrine called within 1/2 hour of looking for Lightning Rod installers. He was available and was over to talk with us within one hour. He sent all his credentials and licenses and insurance coverages of his business and they came over the next morning and completed the installation extremely fast. He gave a fantastic offer, and lifetime warranty coverage and will even come over and take down system when we replace the roof and place back up at no charge! His wife even saw some plants we had not put in the garden still sitting in containers, and offered and planted them in the spaces we wanted, just to help out. Very friendly, helpful, professional, extremely knowledgeable and even suggested adding Lakeland Electrics Surge Protector protection they provide to go along with the Lightning rods. Yes would have them again on any home anytime."

"I contacted Protects Energy to design and install a solar powered system into my fifth wheel RV. Greg was my installer and my teacher. Matching the new solar to the existing 12 volt system was complicated and took some trial and error. But, I learned much as Greg included me in the install. "Were prompt, professional and the price was right"

"We had several companies come out to give us quotes on a whole house generator system. After narrowing it down to Reliable and one other one as the most professional, we choice Reliable even though they were a little more expensive. I just got a better feeling from them than the other one. Turns out I made a great choice. Reliable did an amazing job in installing my generator and Propane Tank and everything went perfectly. I can be a challenging customer and they were very accomodating and understanding of all my questions and input throughout the process. I was very impressed when they were able to get my propane tank installed, inspected and filled back in all in a single day. Couple of small glitches with the permitting process, but that is not unexpected with a project like this. They obviously had great relationships with the inspectors which shows that they always do good work. I was very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism throughout the process. I fully expected my whole back yard to be a disaster and need to be resodded, but their equipment operators were so good the only sod I had to replace was over the hole that was dug for the propane tank. I can truly recommend Reliable with no reservations! Posting this review has been on my list for several months so unfortunately I can't remember all the names of the guys that worked on my project, but I am certain all of their crews are of the same caliber!"
