"Most of us are well aware that service calls for any home repair leave us all a little apprehensive. Some businesses focus more on the bottom line, and in turn, the quality of work suffers for the customer. This isnâ t the case with Milltown Plumbing and Heating when I called them to service my central A/C which wasn't cooling the house. Even though my unit is in need of replacement, Jay, their Field Service Technician was able to at least get the A/C up and running. He was honest and straightforward in assessing my problem and suggested I meet with a comfort advisor in regard to a new central A/C unit. My experience didn't change. The comfort advisor I met with gave me a variety of options for a replacement unit, again he was courteous and honest. "I called Heritage because I am a new homeowner and my central A/C was blowing lukewarm air. I've seen the ads on TV for Heritage and online reviews looked good. There is a low monthly cost, and I get free yearly cleanings of my furnace and A/C, 10% off all services, no emergency fees, and $500 off the install of a new furnace or A/C. I like having that peace of mind knowing professionals are helping to keep my home well-maintained. So far, I highly recommend Heritage!"

"Carmen and his team did a great job on helping me upgrade my panel as well as change my meter box. I also had an old wooden mast that they changed out and replaced with a much nicer modern fixture which was great. My house was old and I actually bought it many years ago as a forclosure renovation. So some of the previous work was old and not done correctly. Carmen, Shawn and his team were great to work with. I was worried that no one would take the job because the previous owner had not done a great job. Carmen and his team dived in and made all of the main wiring to the house beautiful and secure and safe. I would use them again for any electrical work big or small. In addition I would add his team comes very well prepared. They have every tool imaginable for the job and are ready to go. I am so happy I choose them. A local neighbor recommended him to me. "Jonathan is an excellant electrician and hard worker. I had a underground cable that was cut up when irrigation got installed and i lost all power to my remote garage about a hundred feet from my home. Jonathan hand dug the trench carefully removing the sod to be reused again and laid the cable from the house to the garage. I now have power again and so happy . If you looked at his work you wouldnt be able to tell he dug all that up. He will be always be first call for my work. Jonathan is hard working and very honest and resonable with his quote , in fact he came in less than he quoted."
