"Nate Medford conducted our electrical inspection offered by the Awesome Club Membership Program. Nate didn't just inspect, he explained. He also didn't just explain, he corrected issues along the way. Today he brought our subpanel up to code and prevented a probable electrical fire. In addition, Nate spent lengthy time on the phone with me last week, giving clear guidance on LED fixtures to replace our florescent lighting. With Matthew's help, today the 6 light fixtures were replaced, a necessary wireless carbon detector and GFCI outlet installed, and for fun and convenience, 2 USB outlets given. Special note: the GFCI outlet wasn’t a simple swap-out. Nate had to cut into the trim for that installation, which he did incredibly cleanly and precisely. Upon completion, the work areas were cleared of trash and left in great condition. Thank you so much for all your work, your attention to detail, for caring."

"I cannot express how happy I am with the team at Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric. My house had Aluminum wiring in it and I called around looking for a team of people to rewire the entire home in a tight time restraint. Justin came out to do the estimate work and explained all of the options that I had. He was very professional and treated my home as his own. Justin and his team (Kurt, Devin, Zeb & John Jr) worked diligently to ensure the entire project was completed on time. The team treated the house with respect and would ensure that I was satisfied with everything before leaving. Some highlights of the teams performance are below -Covered all furniture with tarps to ensure they would not get dirty -Wore boot covers to protect my floors (wood and carpet) from getting dirty -Vacuumed and swept the areas that they worked -Informed me well in advance to any power outages that I would have during the project time -Worked outside in a blizzard to complete the job before the time limit -Shoveled my walkway when it snowed while I was at work -Gave recommendations on what I could do in the home (Adding outlets for wall mounted tvs, adding lights above the shower that was previously dark, installing ceiling fans) which were all included in the budget. - Took the time to answer any of my electrical questions and they were more then happy to show me what they were doing. Once again, I cannot express how happy I am with the team that worked in my home. "Derrick was easy to book, he arrived on time & gave a text prior to his arrival. Very personable and knowledgeable. When the 1st fixture he was to install on a high slanted ceiling wasn't long enough he agreed to come back when we got another fixture. We received a replacement pendant light, he fit us in the day before Thanksgiving and we now have a perfect light fixture. Derrick charged us the original agreed upon amount even though he had to make two trips. We will use his services again."
