When our microwave didn't look just right after initial install, he took the time to adjust the bracket and get it lined up just right. In addition, he took a few minutes to fix an outlet that our previous electrician had left unusable - the plug wasn't secured so if you tried to plug something in, the plug went into the wall. He also cleaned up after himself - both materials and dust. We will hire this company again."
