Comment: We had a water leak (most likely due to freeze in water pipe) in one of the bathroom on our 2nd floor while we were on vacation out of country last week. This caused water damage across the ceiling including flooring on both 1st and 2nd floor. We are looking to sell contract to complete all the required repair work to address this water damage in our home and get it back to original state.
