The service provided was far more than just carpentry repair of hanging new doors, bifolds and trim through the house, the job included painting the interior, seal painting the floors and installing carpet through the upper floor and stairs, cleaning out and regrouting the lower floor tile then sealing, installing new sheetrock, texture to match, installing new toilets and correcting plumbing leaks, insatlling new lights fixtures and correct improperly wired outlets, cleaned the gutters, repaired damged exterior siding, landscape maintenance the entire yard. "Our house is almost 130 years old, so we needed to have some foundation stabilization done. The company was a pleasure to do business with. From our initial consultation and beyond, every contact was courteous and knowledgeable. On the first day of the project, after removing the dirt to see the foundation, it was discovered that the existing foundation was not sufficient to support using the helical piers according to the building inspector. The dirt was all replaced and it was arranged to come back out and give me a quote for a different process using smart jacks. Due to circumstances at my local building department, the new job had to be postponed until a new permit could be obtained. Once that was done I was rescheduled and the job was completed in a day and a half. When the building inspector came to sign off on the permit, he raved at what a great job they had done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked."
