CO Smart Landscape

Poor quality workmanship: the foundation under brick patio sunk after less than a year. Not responsive: tried to get them to fix the issue for months. They did not follow through. Will cost me double now to pay to somebody else to fix it.

Overall experience was great. I had 144 board feet of fence installed and they were done in 2 days, used quality product and charged almost half what others were quoting. Only thing I would say could be improved is communication before starting the project. I found out the night before that they could start the next day. I imagine things move quickly in their line of business, but more than a 12 hour heads up would have been nice. Once on-site, they were incredibly communicative. Would definitely hire again.

Overall experience was great, the only reason I have 4 Stars on quality was because they used nails instead of screws but at least they were fence screws with glue. Did the job in a day and a half using quick setting cement (the red quickrete bag). Charged me way less then the big fencing company's in Denver, great job!

We had projects done that we have been talking about for years! It was many different tasks, and a lot of heavy lifting. I specified recycled rock and brick so the materials would tie in with our old landscaping. The work was done quickly, exactly as I had specified, and for a reasonable price. We are very happy with everything!
