Write a ReviewService tech's came on time did the job in a timely manner. Changed my dryer vent from screened with slats to just slats so the RATS AND MICE and other CRITTERS CAN COME INTO MY HOME. They left a metal plate on top of my air conditioner that clearly states it for the dryer vent.Then they stated my vent was not secured which my handy man and myself just checked it and saw the lint which is why I called to have the duct cleaned. I'm very upset and all I'm getting are EXCUSES. I need my vent to be put back the way it was. I was setting up auto renew and was doing gutters. Then I scheduled for my gutters to be cleaned the end of June or first week of July. I received a message stating they would be here in 60 minutes. The cottonwood trees are shedding. I'm sure about this company they say the've been in business for 60 years not acting professional at all.
Took a long time for them to come out, but they were efficient once they did.
Happy with the job, though it took a while to get on the schedule.

They were here early. The did the work in about 30 minutes and they were on their way.

They Did Great!
Good experience with them. They did a good job cleaning my gutters and removing the gutter guards that were on them they said if you keep up with your cleanings, there’s no need to have them there. Signed up for the yearly membership where they come out four times a year And clean the gutters. Thank you for your help you guys were awesome

Terrible company. Ned Stevens continues to spam me with emails, mail flyers, and texts 3 years after I clearly have told them I no longer want their services. I paid over a $1000 for annual gutter cleaning. Told them ahead of time before signing contract that I had gutter helmets and they said no problem. On their first visit they dented my expensive gutters in 3 places with their ladders and then told me they couldn't fully clear my gutters due to the gutter helmets. Seriously? They never cleared the 2 places where I had backups. Then they tried to upsell me on shingle cleaning due to some mold they claimed. I asked for pictures, phone support says they can't take photos on roof for safety reasons. Meanwhile, I saw their Techs using their phones on the roof. Awful.
requested a quote online for gutter cleaning and they called me to set up an appointment which was going to be three weeks out. Then they requested to get my card information and keep it on file so they could charge me when the service was completed in three weeks. I've had a lot of work done to my house and I have never once had anyone request payment information until the job was complete. This was a gutter cleaning so they did not need to purchase any materials Beforehand. I declined and said I was not comfortable with that and said that I would pay for service on the day of. But they said they couldn't schedule me unless I gave them my payment information in advance. No thank you. Sounds pretty odd to me.
