The tech took his time to review what work waa going to done before the work. He went ovwr pricing again also. Showed me before and after. They are my fo ro company now for vents and furnace cleaning. See you next year.

A MUST HIRE!! My son is highly allergic to mold and my husband expressed our concerns with the technician. A 1 hour job turned into an almost 4 hour job as the technician was very thorough in making absolutely sure our ducts and dryer vents were clean and sanitized. I can't even begin to tell you how much dust and debris were in our vents. The scarey part of it was that the ducts were cleaned 3 months prior with a company that the condo association picked. We are so impressed and thankful for the level of care that was taken and will reach out to them exclusively going forward.

I asked for a quote first, they were the low bid so I chose them. I was very clear about the number of vents to be cleaned. Once the worker got here and set up, he said vents weren't included in the bid. The price doubled. He then pressured me to buy a ultraviolet light to kill germs (not verified by any research). I declined. I did get the spray that now ended up tripling the original bid. After they left and I had paid ( I felt compelled to) , I realized this was a 'switch and bait' scheme. I feel they were dishonest in the original bid. There was no ability to negotiate the difference on site. No manager is ever available. They have refused any concession to make this right. I would not recommend them to anyone based on dishonest bidding and am surprised Angi's gave them the rating they have. Beware to any future homeowners who need this service. Note: they operate under a series of names: Elite Home Services and SafeHouse.

My pro was excellent. He kept me abreast of his arrival time. He was very nice and made professional suggestions to me, all of which I was considering beforehand but his assessment finalized my decision. I highly recommend that people have their air ducts cleaned. You will be surprised at all the dust and other stuff that collects in the ducts. You’re only going to breathing it in…..so hire these guys to take care of it. It’s worth every penny.

The tech called me. Im disable he was at my back door .I was down waiting in my wheelchair with my front door open. There was space in my front door and there were no cars. On the street there were any cars. Before from the back came to the front and pulled off. But I dont know why he went to the back of my house. I asked him why hes in the back of my door. He said what difference does it make .
