We were quoted for the part we needed ($16 for a need garage door trim). The technician was at our house for 1 hour and we were charged just under $300. And, my husband had to help install the part. I reached out to the company and did not hear back from them about the labor costs. {For the record, the technician was very pleasant and he did a good job. But it was not $275 worth of work}.

Ben was a great technician and took time to explain all my options on the cable and spring replacement even though this was an emergency call at 8:30 pm. He also looked at the rest of the system and made sure the rails and door joints were oiled. Now they don t squeak! I highly recommend this company.
