"Our garage door broke on Saturday morning of Thanksgiving weekend and I couldn't get my wife's car out of the garage. John called me about 30 minutes after I requested a quote on HomeAdvisor and was at my house about 2 hours later. He helped get my wife's car out of the garage and repaired the door (broken torsion spring) in 30 minutes! Everyone else I called was either closed our couldn't get out until the following week. Would definitely recommend him again!"

"The business owner, Chase, was very professional in response to my need for remodeling two bathrooms. We reviewed the work to be performed, signed a contract, and the work began within days. Nick, their employee, accompanied us during our purchase of items we wanted installed in each bathroom. This degree of personal involvement exceeded all my expatiations. The work and professionalism by Nick cannot be duplicated. He addressed the project as if our home was his. All issues Nick discovered during the project were quickly corrected to assure the finished project would meet and truthfully exceed our expatiations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of personal service. Lastly, a separate project arose during this remodeling. This project had nothing to do with the original project. Chase handled the matter, the repair, (shed roof) was completed in one day. Exceptional people who treat you like family."

"Pro Lift was the first to respond to my inquiry. They were able to schedule an appointment immediately. They sent a picture and contact information of technician. John Stone was excellent!!! He was prompt, professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. He saw the problem and fixed it in no time. The garage door works and sounds like new. My daughter had gotten another company come out prior to John and told her she needed a new garage door when all she needed was a new pulley and springs. I wish I knew the name of the other company to tell others who NOT to call. We took his card to give to others who may need future garage repairs.
