When he first came to see the project, he gave me a very reasonable estimate for just a few hours of work after I explained the problem. However, once he started working, he discovered several complex issues that required extensive troubleshooting — yet he never revised his price. He came to my home four times to make sure everything was fixed and that the theater system was fully up and running. Despite all the extra effort, he honored his original quote.
