"Chris needs to return and relocate antenna to higher point on roof. Reception sometimes "pixelates". (Chris returned and changed the direction the antenna was pointed and we now have PERFECT over-the-air reception of all channels! Thanks Chris...I'm 100% satisfied. (UPDATE: I've learned that the antenna that was installed cannot receive signals from two different directions, thus I ended up with very frequent pixilation...to the point that I discontinued trying to watch local TV broadcasts. Chris politely refused to return and install the antenna at the peak of our home as I originally requested. I understand his decision to be safe, but I was in a pickle so researched and selected a different antenna and crew to remove his setup and install a "two-directional" antenna. Sorry Chris, but I'm no longer 100% satisfied. You are a very nice and friendly gentleman, but none the less I had to find a fix to the problem.)"
