"Brought my computer in on a Monday fearing the worst! They diagnosed the bad hard drive overnight, called me with the repair recommendations. They were able to retrieve ALL of my info and I had it back by Wednesday, BETTER than new!! They were very knowledgeable and willing to explain exactly what was wrong so I could understand in layman s terms. Great customer service!"

"This is the second time I have used Steve's PC Repair. In both instances, I obtained an appointment within 24 hours or less and he arrived several minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. My email would not receive or send messages and I could not correct the problem with the generic instructions provided by Microsoft. Steve was able to identify the malfunction, correct it, and checked many other computer functions and assisted me with updates to ensure optimal performance.
