"Bless his heart, he is VERY patient and good at listening and giving and receiving good and bad feedback / news. I am a poorly visional Computer Tech who can no longer diagnose at the level I was at 6 years ago. He listened to what I had done so far, checked my work, confirmed my findings and then took it home for a better look finding a dead mother board on a ma chine still under warranty. He handled the telling of the bad news like a doctor giving a bad diagnose. He gave me options and we elected to RMA it back to the factory. We got it back and called again to see if he wanted to work on it again, {And like I said Bless his heart) he said yes. It is now running and I am using it to write this review after 6.5 hours of Windows Updates."
