"My parents garage door was not opening/closing properly. He demonstrated and explained how their torsion spring was not supporting the door anymore and the bearings in the rollers were worn. After replacing the new spring and replacing the rollers my parents garage door is working as good as new they said and quieter than it is ever been. They never felt like he was trying to sell more than what was needed for a proper repairs. Will use again if needed in the future."
