East Wood came out immediately to remove the weight from the roof, shore things up, and protect the roof from elements short-term. It was an enormous relief. The crew needed to repair the damaged rubber roof, remove the brick chimney altogether, shore up internal walls, reroute plumbing, etc. Only then, could they turn to the kitchen renno, which involved damaged walls, cabinets, etc. Throughout, Chris Burke and his team were tremendous communicators, careful/attentive workers, and efficient workers. Don't hesitate to reach out to them for your next project. We would 100% hire them again!"

We liked the idea of first engaging Maize restoration to scope the project throughly before committing to using them for the actual renovation. The process involved a few on site meetings (at our house) and several hours of detailed information gathering by Chase, Maize's president. We were pleased with the result of a couple of lifelike 'photos' of the completed bathroom and a roadmap of how we'd proceed. Chase "got it."
