If you value your time and expect quality, do NOT hire Brennan. We hired Brennan for a small bathroom remodel and I figured I'd give the small business owner a chance. After working with Brennan, I have lost all faith in giving the young, new business owner a chance. I would pay double the amount Brennan quoted to not have had to deal with this nightmare of a project. Multiple times I heard excuses of why things were late and delayed, many times he would be "wrapping up a project" somewhere else in the morning to head over for the afternoon and just wouldn't show up. Have you ever been in jail in your own home? That's what it was like waiting for Brennan and his crew. What about the quality of the work, it must've been good with the terrible organization and admin, right? No, the work performed in our bathroom is atrocious. Very happy with the experience. Brennan was punctual, well mannered, and able to break down exactly what he was doing to someone who doesn’t know anything about construction. I have referred my family and close friends to Brennan.

Do not Trust him. He mislead me over cabinets and at the end delivered defective cabinets I have a lot of issue with the doors.A few shelves are missing and one is wobbly.He took the money and never came back to fix the issues.

Brennan was such a breath of fresh air to work with after all the contractors we have met. He was on time very polite and very tidy. His team is a great reflection of there leader !!!!!! Thank you for the beautiful bathroom

The wood framing in all areas of. The remodel were less than professional. House and front yard left with construction debri for several days. Construction done and redone to try to fix mistakes but not corrected properly.

Brennan is incredibly transparent, detail-oriented, and well-informed. He works really, really hard. For clarity: he installed a bulkhead for us, and this service alone was a little hard to for us to find. He gave us 2 options, both with VERY competitive quotes, and even threw in sealing up some basement leaks for free. He stayed true to his estimates. In all, amazing value and a guy that is serious about having a good relationship with the customer. I would say that customers should be patient, because it's basically Brennan and 2-3 younger kids. For us, the bulkhead was supposed to be a 1.5 day job, but it took longer than that because of summer vacations, uncooperative weather (lots of rain this year), and illnesses. Losing one guy on one job cascaded to other jobs. Hopefully his small business can grow to a point where this is less of a problem in the future.
