Jack did a fantastic job. Five stars for all his work including quotes, sketches of proposed work, professionalism and workmanship. When I contacted Jack in the summer he set clear expectations when he could provide me with a quote and he was very punctual with it. After inspecting the work that needed to be done, he provided several options and was very patient with the follow up questions. Once we finalized on the option, he worked very fast to get the necessary paperwork. He did all the work himself and with high quality. He even helped me with a contact with another contractor for something unrelated to the job that he was doing. Jack communicates very well, and he always answers e-mails and texts promptly. We highly recommend Jack, and we would gladly hire him for future projects.

We hired Strong Builders to replace our carport and deck with a new 1-car garage and composite deck, and the results exceeded every expectation. The finished product truly blew us away — everybody that has seen it has commented "wow", including inspectors that look at these things every day. The garage turned out so beautifully, that we almost don’t want to park a car in it! We chose Jack because his pricing was competitive and his professionalism and attention to detail during the quoting process far surpassed his competitors. We interviewed 3 contractors for our kitchen remodel when I finally did an google search for local contractors in my area. He is trust worthy, reliable and very skilled at what he does. Jack showed up day one of the project, parked his trailer and was there 6 days a week, 8-10 hrs a day! He is organized, methodical and keeps a clean job site. He was very honest about the expectations of the project, when minor issues arose, they were handled and addressed with ease. Jack did an incredible job engineering an open floor plan for our traditional colonial home. He was able to thoughtfully pull together a plan and execute it from start to finish. It was a complicated assignment with multiple rooms coming together as one integrating our kitchen. Through our collaborative planning, Jack has created an incredible open floor plan where we can enjoy all areas of our home including a new pantry and storage. Jack is a consummate professional and works with precision and focus with the job at hand. He communicates well and manages the project as a master contractor and doer of the project. You won’t regret hiring Strong Builders for any project. Jack was great to work with, from beginning to end. He built a 16x18’ family room with a 16’ cathedral ceiling. Jack was on-site everyday and completed almost everything himself - framing, siding, windows, roof, sheetrock, hardwood floor, fireplace/mantle, painting, deck. Jack provided daily updates and was very transparent when it came to costs associated with the project. He was very courteous of us still living the in house during construction - with two young kids. Jack’s attention to detail, from paperwork to carpentry, is second to none. Strong Builders will be my go to for future projects.

Working with Jack Whealan means that you're working with the best. My family had a rather complicated project that included 3 major phases along with painting and refinishing existing floors. Not only did Jack complete the majority of the project independently, but he did so while seamlessly coordinating subcontractors to keep the process running smoothly. Jack kept us in the loop every step of the way, and delivered a product that is superior to any other project we've had done. Jack answered all of our questions around the clock, and made sure we had the information behind his answers. He provided great insight about so many things in the home (whether they dealt with the new build or not). You can tell that Jack is a person who genuinely cares about the work he is doing. He is meticulous and detail oriented, and he won't install something in your home that he wouldn't put in his own home. If I had to go back before this project was started and choose a contractor to work with, I can 100% say I wouldn't choose anyone but Jack. You seriously can't go wrong with Strong Builders.
