Had this company do some masonry repair on my brick and mortar stoop. They reinstalled the bullnose which was failing, then beautifully repointed the mortar joints. Very pleasant experience dealing with this crew! Joe is hyper focused on customer satisfaction! They hit the mark on all points. Price was right. The team was on time and very neat. Joe and his crew re-pointed a brick wall that had cracks and was pulling away from my house. They are great and did a wonderful job! From the beginning, Joe was a pleasure to work with; his estimate was reasonable and stated clearly and in detail everything he would do, he was prompt in responding to all questions, he was both professional and caring, and he was observant, even repairing some areas I hadn’t noticed. We couldn't be more satisfied. I had 5 other contractors over to inspect my problem that was a section of brick wall on my 1926 house that pulled away. Joe inspected and had knowledge of the condition and how it would be fixed. He and his crew arrived and set to work. They removed the section of brick piece by piece, saving all the pieces to reinstall. I wanted to replace the original brick on my house. They re-set all the brick,repairing the entire section of the house. New window lentals and new stone window sills were installed. Also addressed cracks and missing mortar around the entire house, repointing what was needed. They also repaired front porch brick and chimney stone. The crew worked like a fine oiled machine and cleaned up each evening. Iâ ve never had a contractor that I was so pleased with on all respects. Joes team was recommended to me through a friend who does home construction and I wanted to connect with a company they would use for their personal outdoor home improvement project. It was also extremely important that I felt comfortable to voice my concerns and ask questions when necessary. The leader also needed to respect and honor their team as hard working individuals. Joe was kind and extremely patient with all of my questions. In a short period of time he helped me become more knowledgeable with the steps that were being followed to ensure customer satisfaction. The following tasks were completed: - Removed/installed a new patio paver walkway - Installed a fire pit with seating wall and columns - & a fully paved area by the side of the house leading into the backyard near The job was started on a Tuesday and completed by Saturday. Watching the crew work was like watching a time lapse video because they moved so quickly.
