I had a very bad leak in the roof over my den. For years, others had not repaired my roof properly. I had hired I Riverdale for work on my kitchen and once that was done, request the company to repair my roof properly. Despite several severe snow storms, the work was finally completed and I am completely satisfied with the work. Raquel Diamond is excellent with communication and working with her was a pleasure. Her team did a clean job. I would definitely hire IRiverdale again.

She went through the project with me . . Her team and herself designed new doorways and ramps throughout my home . Raquel was available at all times . Each day- the questions were asked- any concerns or comments. Response time was immediate and any concerns were addressed timely. The team was amazing and kept a clean work area. I hired Riverdale construction through a colleague of mine she had worked on on her home and she said this company that is owned by Raquel Diamond is a smart skilled and professional and friendly her team transformed my full basement with adding columns with opening walls for more space. Including moving my bathroom and my laundry room The project manager Jay kept me informed throughout the whole process , always available to answer questions,I felt like they were really listening to our needs.They worked efficiently and stayed on track no delays or unexpected setbacks.
The crew was polite and respectful They cleaned up thoroughly after each day Everyone on the team seemed highly skilled.They went above and beyond toaddress any issues They were very accommodating to our needs. I was looking for a contractor, I was on home advisors and I came across Iriverdale construction. They are #1 on Long Island . The president of Iriverdale construction Raquel Diamond reached out the same day. Came to my home. Wrote me an estimate on site. I wanted customed details renovations . The windows were ordered and installed beautiful . Her team is very professional, hardworking, and polite. I am so happy with the full service I received. Raquel is a joy to work with . She will make your house look beautiful. I want to buy land or another property so Raquel can put her beautiful touch to it . Thank you Iriverdale construction, especially Raquel Diamond . I hired iRiverdale Construction, Inc to add an addition to my home. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Despite agreeing to a completion date of 6-8 weeks, the project was delayed multiple times without clear communication. I called repeatedly to get updates but often received delayed or vague responses and still had no clear timeline. I paid upfront as per their contract terms, but after 17 going on 18 weeks there is still work to be done  and Raquel, the company owner continue to avoid or ignore our calls although she knows how critical our timeline is since we are expecting a new addition to our family as well. During the project, I learned from the workers that they were experiencing significant delays in payment from the company. This caused frequent turnover, which disrupted the workflow and extended the project timeline. The workers were clearly skilled, but the lack of support from their employer created an unprofessional environment and affected the overall work, unfortunately, they consistently left the site in poor condition, with tools, debris, and dust scattered around at the end of each day even thought it states in the contract work area will be broom clean each day. I had to constantly clean up after them to ensure the area was safe for my family. Additionally, they did not make an effort to protect surrounding surfaces, which led to unnecessary mess, damages and a lot of extra time spent on cleanup. They placed dumpsters in my driveway which left dents in the driveway, which I am hoping they will fix but given that Raquel has not been answering any calls or messages and there is still unfinished work to be done, it is making me very anxious. I expected a more professional approach and experience from this company and would not recommend them especially if cleanliness and respect for your space are important to you, lack of communication and poor quality made this a very frustrating and costly project.

IRiverdale Construction truly transformed my home! Raquel and her team did an awesome job updating our kitchen and our 2 bathrooms. Raquel was so helpful every step of the way and helped me with everything I needed! She helped me pick out paint colors, the backsplash in our kitchen, the tile in our bathroom and even the bathroom mirrors! I don?t know what I would have done without all her help! I would highly recommend IRiverdale for your home renovations!
