Write a ReviewFrom sales to service, there wasn't a single person here worth the exorbitant amount of money we spent. Unfortunately, the first shower had a bit of a leak. Silly thing really, just needed some caulk in one corner. It took over a month to get it resolved with constant promises for a date and time that were never met. But the creme de la creme of the whole bunch was our shark of a salesman, Eduardo Bedoya. Real nice fella while he was trying to sell us. But when it came to delivering on promises, not so much. When he forgot to include the vanity that we had asked him to quote us for and we got alllll the way to the end and finally said yes to a price tag we weren't all that comfortable with, Eduardo sweetened the pot with a little side deal of his own to close the deal. He offered to "throw in" the vanity for free from his own side business. Well, after months of empty promises Eduardo ghosted me. Premier ought to be a little more discerning with the class of people they hire.
A job that was going due to take 1-4 days ended up being 3 months. I am still waiting for the completion. Today I was to have my glass for my shower installed. I canceled all my appts and was ready and waiting for them to arrive. No call no show. Only after I called dis I learn that the installer was done for the day and my job got pushed to yet another two days away. The corporate office person was very dismissive as well as the project manager. Pierre palazzo was very disrespectful and talked to me as if I were his child. I am very upset and disappointed and dissatisfied. I have had to take a bath for the last 3 months. No glass.

Beware........ stay away....... save your self the headache.........this is Florida Where to begin, the service has been horrible. I got my shower installed in Dec of 2024, and I'm still trying to get my shower fixed properly. There is a list of things wrong with my shower, 1. A drippng shower head for over 4 weeks(that was told was normal by Joe that they came out 4 times, to so call fix it. He blew in the head of the shower and put it back on instead of replacing the valve like I told them in the beginning.) FINALLY FIXED 2. Water pooling in the left front corner of my shower (still not fixed yet) 3. Sliocone caulking coming off, still not fixed yet ( I was told don't worry about it it won't go behind the wall. 4. Doors are off set there is a gap in the wall( I was told it my existing wall not the wall that they put up, yet there is a gap in the framing.) 5. My doors were put in backwards, so when Joe fixed it he added more scratches to the base of my floor to match the other ones

So far we are happy with the quality of the replacement of our shower. That?s SO FAR. As of this post the job has yet to be completed even though the salesman (Wayne Craig) assured us multiple times that the job would be completed in 2 1/2 to 3 days at the longest. The original date of installation was set on 1/29 but I was contacted an hour after the time they were to arrive that they needed to reschedule. We rescheduled the work for 2/8. Joe showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. However when we talked about the job taking 3 days, he explained that was impossible because he couldn?t take measurements for the door and glass until he was finished with the stone installation. I told him I was told otherwise and he called Pietro to explain this misunderstanding. He was very apologetic and said he would keep me up to date when the door and glass was ready and set a date for installation. I finally called Pietro on 2/20. Still not completed. Disappointing.

Needed my bathroom fixed up and was not looking forward to the whole process;however, Peter Roto made it easy to see why this was the best choice. He was kind and knowledgeable. Great experience, so far!

Placing the order was not difficult. The vendor seemed knowledgeable and explained the procedure very clearly. It took a while for the order to be processed and I reminded them that I needed them to fill out the Architectural Modification for for approval from the board since this is a condo. I was notified that the order was ready to be installed and when I asked if he has sent the required form to the association he said he was not aware that it had to be done, so I sent the form once more and waited. Time passed and I did not receive any confirmation. to make a long story short many communications later we finally had an installation date (one month + later). The day of the installation I was told they could not come because of car trouble, so I had to wait another week. The workers arrived late and left past 11 pm. I received a complaint from the neighbors since they were supposed to finish by 5 pm! I am still missing a handle for the shower door. .

I cannot express how incredibly frustrated and disappointed I am with this company. They failed to deliver the service and product we paid for. They brought in the wrong shower pan, and now, rather than taking responsibility, the blame is being shifted between employees. It?s been nearly a month, and the situation remains unresolved. I have repeatedly tried to reach out, speaking to multiple people, who assured me they would rectify the issue. To date, nothing has been done. What?s most infuriating is the complete lack of communication. I?ve been left in the dark and have yet to receive a satisfactory answer or any progress towards a resolution. This is not what was agreed upon in the contract, and the company has completely dropped the ball, both before and after the installation. The least this company can do is take responsibility for their mistakes and resolve the issue. I have no faith in their customer service at this point.
