I had ordered a light kit in the wrong color from Home Depot ; he offered to exchange it for the correct color and he also picked up a garbage disposal ensuring that I would not have to get out and do this. "Gabriel was already a professional during the initial call and helped us understand what might be the cause of our dishwasher's heating issue, and gave us an estimate. He spent time checking different parts that might be the culprit. And because I've researched beforehand, I had tons of questions about common dishwasher issues, and even unrelated ones, all of which he excitedly answered. He's an expert in everything about dishwashers, appliances, home electronics, plumbing, and probably more areas. He was also upfront and transparent in pricing of parts vs. labor.
