First, Leo came to do an estimate at the time we agreed on. Most important he went on the roof, took his time and, in short order, figured out where the leak was coming from. Several other contractors either did not go on the roof or were less inciteful. Price wise Leo’s bid was middle range. What impressed me most is that the work was not rushed. The crew took their time to ensure that all the work was done correctly. I am extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend Velasquez Contractors, llc. Hire them! You’ll be glad you did. Leo and his team professionally prepped our house w rolled paper on the floor and plastic around the kitchen. The contracted drywall replacement, tape, and texture exceeded our expectations. Bid price was lower than others. Final payment request was equal to original bid. A kitchen ceiling replaced A bathroom repair, and A laundry room re-entered. 2 days!

The deck Leo and his crew was beautiful. Leo designed it to be graceful and enhanced our home's appearance. He painted the interior ceiling blue at our request, to keep wasps from flying in. It works! He and his crew were courteous, professional and thorough.

Provided painting interior and exterior with repairs to drywall. Team was efficient and finished job in the amount of time promised. Also made sure I was satisfied if their final work and willing to redo or fix the things that I thought needed a second look. They also did some minor plumbing and repair work. Definitely would call and give a referral and use them again.
