RENEW Remodeling & Design

We hired RENEW Remodeling & Design for a simple demo of our kitchen and stain concrete job on our existing floors. Make sure you get a detailed scope of work from this company along with signed copies of any payment- these guys will try to get over on you. What should've been a simple two week job turned into a 3 in a half month fiasco with constant back and forth with Blake. Between the inconsistent communication and drawn out phone calls that had nothing to do with getting solutions, we were met with constant excuses with no proper execution. We had to Manage the project ourselves as we couldn't trust them to manage it properly. Our Floors came out well below our expectations and no where near the vision that was presented repeatedly. We chose to pay them simply to complete the project. Only use them for Bathrooms and Kitchen's as their work is consistent there but stray away from any specialty work that they say they can do regarding flooring or anything on your mind.

We hired Renew Remodeling for my bath remodel and they did an awesome job. Blake was super easy to work with - always responsive and on top of things. His team showed up on time, were really friendly, and paid attention to the little details. The quality was great and the price was fair. Definitely recommend them!

Blake and his crew of professionals did a fantastic job remodeling my house in Champions, Texas. This home was left to me after the passing of my Uncle. The situation was complicated, I live far away, and was having trouble managing all the trades coming in and out of the home. Meeting Blake was a blessing to my family and I. He worked quickly and efficiently and made sure to meet our needs for the project while staying committed to staying within our budget. Blake’s team remodeled my kitchen, bathrooms, lighting, and redid the floors through the house. He also helped me to manage painting crews, appliance installations, and air conditioning overhaul.
