"Juan Farias was great to work with. He showed up on time to look at the project and gave me an estimate the next day. The project was a remodel with 3000 square feet of new sheet rock to be installed and many areas that had to be patched and re-textured. I was in a time crunch so Juan fit me between jobs and started the project two days later. The job was scheduled to take 7 days and was completed on time. His employees were all very friendly and proficient at their jobs. I will hire Farias Construction for future projects."

"Easy from beginning to end. My 1910 house has (had) zero insulation but I appreciated that I didn't get the hard sell to do more than I could afford. They walked me through every option and talked me through what to do now and what I can do later. Even better, they knew what rebates were available, making it even more affordable. The crew was awesome despite running into a few hiccups with my old house. Super nice, showed me what was going on at each stage, and left everything spotless. And, wow, the difference was immediately noticeable and feels amazing!"

"Wow! What great service from a residential service provider. Simply put, they just did exactly what they said they would do from the start to the end. Nowadays and compared to other companies that earn them 5 stars. The initial job was looked at by Samuel. He was on time, professional, and courteous. He presented his quote onsite before he left, which makes for an easy decision process. Other companies took 10 and 14 days to respond with a quote, which I found to be unacceptable for a simple job. Installers Jorge and Jose were there within a couple of days. They too were on time...how weird is that? They were clean, courteous, and completed the job within their time estimate. There was no mess when they left. It was as if they were never there, except for the added insulation. Both Samuel, Jorge, and Jose did a great job of representing the company, and I highly recommend them and will look to them for future projects and services."

The work they did (flooring, installation of new sinks, and painting) was extremely well done. Location of Installation: Foundation walls

Comment: I'm hoping to get a crawl space encapsulation performed. Currently, there's an old 6 mil vapor barrier, open vents around the foundation, and ineffective Styrofoam perimeter insulation. There's also all rigid ducting for HVAC that limits access to certain areas. It's not impossible to get to the whole crawl space, but sections may need to be removed to safely navigate it. The ducts are insulated and the insulation needs to be removed as it's falling off in some areas and there's rodent droppings on some areas. There's no subfloor insulation that needs removing, no standing water or leaks to worry about, but there's some debris in areas that needs removal (pipe and wood scraps, maybe some loose rock/soil/etc.). This is a 1515 sq ft single story home, and the crawl space averages 2ft high from the ground to the bottom of the joists (2x8's).
