"During a very busy time for them due a recent wind storm, they were the first to provide a quote. This helped to get something to my insurance company and get the ball rolling. Other contractors either did not return my calls, phones were turned off, or were a lot further out to even give me a quote. The quote was reasonable and the work was excellent. They even helped me pull out a tree stump that was not part of the estimate. The extra hand was a huge help. They got the job done fast and did a good job of cleaning up. I will hire them again."

"Martin did an excellent job with a complicated shower install with water damage caused by the old shower unit that required replacing floor and joists. "We started with one project with Mass Design, and were so pleased with their work that we added two additional home improvements as well. They truly care for their clients and go above and beyond when working to meet their needs. My wife and I found it surprising how carefully they listen. Things mentioned as a passing comment were noted and acted on. Their workmanship and design skills were exceptional, their communication clear and concise, and we were never left in question about any step of the process. "Mike and his crew did an amazing job on our basement. Not only did they finish the project ahead of schedule, they also helped replace parts of our stairs at no extra cost and were extremely flexible and easy to work with throughout the project. "A&C was fantastic to work with. I would definitely recommend them and have already recommended them to several of my friends. I had a hard time getting people to come out and give me a quote but they came out right away. The quote was reasonable and so hired them. I had them remodel my small and only bathroom so staying on schedule was important to me. I ended up picking smaller tile after I was given the quote so the project took a couple extra days but it was totally worth it. The team was really respectful of my home. They cleaned up after themselves and they weren’t excessively noisy which was great because I was working from home. They all seemed to really like each other and worked as a really efficient team. The plummer and tile team that they work with were also great. A couple of faulty parts and unexpected things came up and they did a great job working around it and ended up finishing close to the expected time and cost that I was quoted. My bathroom looks beautiful. I feel like I really lucked out and I will definitely be hiring them for future remodel projects."
