The crew came in, saw what the work was and decided to dig it by hand to save my landscaping and grass by not using the backhoe. Took them about six hours, but the work was meticulous. Mike and Family (found out the whole crew was extended family) were professional , courteous, and efficient. Plus they saved me well over 1000.00 dollars from their competitors. The purpose of me mentioning this is because it was addressed by Window Concepts Immediately and although we had to wait a couple of weeks for a proper replacement, it was taken care of.
