They were very responsive and got our new roof on in a few weeks. Shape easy to work with and answer any questions promptly. The roof looks amazing and I feel much better going into winter.

Roof great. Clean up great! Less happy with cover of rust spots. Painted vs replaced metal edges.

Sorry for the confusion with the flashings. There are several flashings that go under the siding that cannot be replaced until the siding is replaced. We paint them to look nice until the siding is replaced.

Multiple calls with mixed up information. Roofers did a good job,worked quickly and efficiently. Sealed before rains. Cleaned up well.

I would rehire Exterior Pro for any remodeling needed. Professionalism is fantastic. Stephanie and Susan are the best office personnel I have worked with from any company. The knowledge the staff and contractors are great. They had previously finished a bathtub to shower remodel and was in and out in less time than expected and love it as well as my new windows. I would and will definitely recommend exterior pros to friends and relatives
