"Lennie Houston is a very decent and honest man. In my case he tried very hard to fix my refrigerator by replacing a part that, per GE, is the problem 90% of the time. Unfortunately it didnât fix the refrigerator. Lennie gave me a 100% refund and took the loss for the part. He also drove 45 minutes to deliver the refund check. I did not request a 100% refund but he thought it was the right thing to do. In a world full of deception and con artists, it was great to meet somebody like Lennie that conducts himself with integrity and honor. I highly recommend him. He will give you his best effort and if he fails, which I suspect is not often, he will give you a 100% refund."
