"Our service rep, Mike Breton, was very helpful, patient, and knowledgable during his visit to our refrigerator. The fridge was making an intermittent annoying noise and Mike did his best to locate a cause for the noise. He was very thorough and patient in his search for potential causes of the noise. He allowed me to watch and follow along so if the noise recurs, I have a good idea of where to look in the fridge to make it stop."
