"Refrigerator had major ice build up and was not cooling properly. Good communication by the Pro from first contact. Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and then left to get the needed parts. His price for the parts was better than online sellers and he fixed the problem in a timely manner. Overall, with parts and labor it was almost $500.00, but a new fridge would have been almost $3000.00. Cleaned up before leaving. Would recommend and use again."

"my refrigerator stopped working and I called my friends to find a good master. Appliance Repair was recommended to me. A guy named Jay arrived and found the problem in the fridge very quickly. It turned out that the compressor stopped working. During which time Jay changed the compressor and with a guarantee. The price is reasonable and the work is professional and of high quality. I am happy that I found this company, including this master. I advise everyone!"

"It was a Sunday and our refrigerator went down. After calling several places they showed up super fast, on a Sunday. The repair was completed on Monday due to needing a part. The technician also wore a mask which we appreciated. Recommend to anyone needing repairs"

"The rep clearly explained what the problem was and repaired it without resort to expensive parts. Our fridge is a Samsung that looks beautiful but troublesome most of the time. The electronics go bad: once had to replace circuit board at a cost of over $800. Always something goes wrong. Worse is their service center; waiting time for a tech to show up was ten days. We had to buy a separate freezer to prevent stuff, mostly meat, going bad. Star Service came by within 4 hours as promised."
