"Umar was a delight to work with as the manager taking my service call. Direct, pleasant and knowledgeable. While I waited on the line, he quickly checked on availability of Jason who was best suited to handle my GE Monogram refrigerator repair. I called at 11AM and was pleased to learn Jason was able to come between 12 and 3. Umar then called me 30 min prior to Jason's 1230 arrival. He diagnosed and repaired the problem (lack of cooling due to a failed inverter board) and was very pleasant and knowledgeable in the process. His English was a bit limited but quite functional and I got to talk with him a bit about Honduras as we wrapped up. It took a half day for the refrigerator and freezer to cool back to operating temps, as we were advised, and is now functioning normally. The cost of this repair was high ($570) due to the GE part (can run $450-600 if you buy online). Umar said he passed his lower part cost on to the client. Note you might find non GE parts which can be cheaper but then might run the risk of earlier failure due to lower quality capacitors etc). All in all I highly recommend this company. Would enjoy talking to Umar again for any reason as he is so clear and assuring and reasonable in his demeanor."
