"This company went above and beyond! They were punctual, professional and did a top notch repair job in timely manner. What set this company apart from others, is that it s locally owned and run like an the old school shop, which is hard to find these days. They offer unmatched customer service, superior work, and great prices. The company manager/owner took my order personally over the phone I was charged by job not hour. I knew I was in competent hands and ones I could trust. I must mention something about our service technician (who in addition to above mentioned) is the reason I will give this company my lifelong loyalty and business. His name is George (@city location) and honestly speaking, I don t think I ve ever come across a kinder more patient person.I say this because I wasted at least an hour of this mans extra time (no charge) due to a mix up w/ my credit card (100% my fault) which caused this sweet man to have to leave my home and come back to my door from his car THREE separate times while while having to write out three separate service orders and void out the first two. The temp was close to 100 F that day, and I ll tell you, he couldn t have been kinder and more patient about the mistakes I made regarding my credit card and then my card number. When I told him how sorry I was for taking time away from his other customers, he told me, You are my customer right now. I also spoke with the owner/manager of the company, Boris, by phone who was also such a kind and personable person who thanked me repeatedly for my business.
