So I put in the request on home advisor (on a Saturday) and got a call from Freddy about 5 minutes later. He told me he could ve at my house in 30 minutes. A++ for responsiveness. Freddy was professional, capable, and efficient. The fridge needed a new thermostat and he had the part with him and replaced it. It took him about an hour to assess the problem and complete the repair. On the meantime, he was willing to explain things and great to talk to. He will be my first call next time another appliance breaks."
