Write a ReviewI do not recommend any one hiring this company! They sell you this plan and supposedly come back and spray again when you need them but they don?t show up! However they have no problem debiting your account every month! Also, put a $4000 dehumidifier down in my basement and when they didn?t install it properly for it to do its job, my home was considered unsafe for them to send any of their employees out to fix the problem they caused. I finally got out of my contract but without my permission they still went into my account and debited more funds without my permission! I ended up having to change my account information, credit card information etc. Don?t Be Fooled!
Contracting was easy and reasonable. Scheduled tomorrow morning.
They were great. Keon was the technician. He explained everything. I'm really happy I went with them.
This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. The contract that I signed says Hawx pest control company covers 200 insects. They were running a promo for $49 promo for the 1st visit and $50 per month for 11 months (approximately $600). After the first visit, he told me that he didn't cover a German roaches and I would have to pay an extra $800 on top of what I had already agreed to pay--even though roaches were included in the original contract. His name is Chris and he is a manager for Hawx pest control. He wouldn't compromise or help at all. He just said he would refund my money and walked out.
They were on time, and very professional. and quick

Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending.
