I did not realize that they were going to tell me that I had to do most of the work. We had to seal all the holes/gaps in the walls where the pipes go in, any outlet covers where the pests might be able to gain access, etc. They are willing to come back out before the contractual 90 day return if, after the initial 7 days and after we sealed all of the access points, we see more pests.

To hire a rat exterminator means you have a serious situation going on which cannot be remedied with the same techniques the homeowner has already tried. Dehydration stations do not work if there is plenty of available water on site. Zero effectiveness so far. The problem has not reduced one bit.

After first application 14 days ago, wasps/ hornets are still flying . I am allergic to bites, that landed me in the hospital few years ago. Yesterday when opened door to the backyard one wasp flew into the kitchen . When opening door out of the house, they are hornet was flying above my head. Need you to come again .
