The salesperson told me they would take care of a rodent in my wall by going under my house to check fpr possible openings around hvac unit and set special bate in my attic. They did neither of these things and when I demanded my money be refunded I was told they would call me back after checking with management. That never happened.

I was billed twice for each termite service, which included termite baits, and liquid treatment. Contacted customer service, numerous times to resolve this issue. I paid in advance of each service, after completion of each service I was billed again. I only wanted the termite service, I did not realize I had signed up for pest treatment. Which the service is paid monthly, but they only service every 3 months. The service is too expensive I would recommend going with another pest control company.

My initial dealing has been prompt service… of course selling the package with the discount they promised though Angi… I hope the enticing 100.09 off and Angi listing will stand long after the honeymoon! Fast service for overwhelming bee problems! Great tech! Mr. Dennis was knowledgeable and fun to work with! I know this is a process and won’t be solved overnight. I am hoping that we have the pleasure of his professional care again in the near future as we continue to have then come out to treat… i he thigh anxiety with strangers and he made me feel so comfortable. With my acute allergies he may have just saved my life! Thank you Hawk pest control for coming to the rescue so very quickly! My old pest control actually told me they could not help me with bees! I guess we had the wrong company all those years!

They called me within minutes of my using home advisor. They came out and looked at the problem and said they would call 811 and they must come out within 3 days and then they'd be back to install the bait traps. It has now been 8 days since they first came out, no 811 guy, no phone calls to let me know what's going on and they already billed me and sent a receipt that says "work completed".

Hawx truly deserves these five star ratings from my first phone call to the completed application. I was contacted within 10 minutes of requesting a pest control service and the contract and Application were completed within a couple days. They obviously go out of their way to provide the best customer service.
