I asked for their address. I drove to that address and the locals said this office closed down over 3 months ago. This business is not legit. They made promises and did not deliver. I still have bees.

My first time ever dealing with a pest control company, so i'm not much of a critic. They came to my initial spraying and were very cordial. They were outside first and supplied some traps. Not too sure what i'm supposed to do with those, but so far so good. They come back in 3 months so hope to still have a 5 star rating. Also, i didnt really compare rates, but the offer seemed very reasonable.

If you enjoy getting half of what you paid for, and even less support from customer service. This is the company for you!! We have had 3 out of the 5 contracted services and every appointment has had issues since day one. We have called customer service after each, and get the same response. We see that in the notes, I will be sure to flag it again for next time The technicians have lied on the service reports claiming to have treated the backyard. When in reality, our dogs were in the back and they did not step foot in the backyard. They also have quality control; phone calls that happen about a week or two before your next service. They are not quality control; phone calls. I expressed my dissatisfaction during one and the technician said sorry about that. Then proceeded to try and upsell me a termite treatment. In my last treatment appointment (that was a reschedule due to not completing the job the first time) the technician showed up late because he was and I quote busy fishing at the lake. All in all, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Find a local company that cares about its clientele and is just about the bottom dollar.

The service is great. They are easy to work with, though I needed multiple visits to deal with my problem (small moths). I am, however, very disappointed with Billing and Customer Service. They double-billed my first month (20% of the total fees x 2), but instead of refunding one of those, they insisted on keeping it and just crediting my 2nd and 3rd month payments.
