Terrible customer service experience. Their ? professionals? do not know the services they offer. A la carte services for specific pests were confusing / convoluted.

What the sales man promised me and what actually was brought to me on the day they came out to spray were 2 different things. They showed up almost 2 1/2 hours after they said they would. They weren't sure if they were spraying the outside. Their notes said that there probably wasn't any German roaches when I told them they definitely were. When I went to cancel service and get a refund they disconnected my call 7 times with a total wait time of over 3 hours. I wasn't impressed

At first we were not sure because of the first person that came but the next 2 visits were great. The techs were very informative and pleasant and answered all my questions without hesitation

I needed a bee expert and the person they sent out did not know how to use the bee killer, the bees were coming through my kitchen, and the person was not able to contain the bees, they said they would send a more experienced person with a later but they sent me the same guy without a later. they lied to me. They did not want to give me a refund because they said that they provide me with the service.
