Brian was absolutely fantastic. It wasnâ t 20 seconds after I asked for a quote that I received a phone call asking for the business. He explained all the options and allowed me to make the choice suitable for my situation. He arrived when he said he would, took care of the repair quickly and efficiently, and went well above and beyond in services provided. Customer service in todayâ s world is lacking at best. Brian was stellar and if I could give him 10 stars out of five I would.

Brian fixed a portable generator, we paid him, he left and the next day when we tried to start the generator it did not work anymore. We have been trying to get a hold of him all day and all week. He makes appointments and then leaves us hanging.

Honestly, this is funny. I mean, I should have known when the first night he messaged me and wanted me to fix his generator. I told him that I might be able to stop over tonight. But I needed to finish the jobs I had. He literally called me 20 times. I should have known then that this was not your typical nice patient understanding customer. This was a customer who had I am the most important person in the world. I told him that it wouldn not be until late that night. I specifically said if I do not call by 11. We will have to set up another time. Well, 9 pm hits. And I see 10 missed calls? They were well aware my thumb was broken. I had been helping the hurricane victims in Cape Coral. Bill thinks he is the most important person in the world. He is not. I tried to fit him into my schedule without booking an appointment and he gets upset when he calls and I do not answer.... He calls 30 times in one day.... Give me a break, please... I have never, in my whole career, had a disgruntled customer like Mr. Perogi. He would not give me a second to break, and would call me 20 times back to back. I am not even exaggeratingÂ
