I was looking for months for someone to work on my gas generators. Brian called me back gave me the price. Set the time for the appointment. He showed up at the set time.He had worked on two of my gas generators got them going within one hour I would recommend Brian especially before hurricane season.

I will know for sure next month when I run it but it looks cleaned and I heard it running for a while. It hasn’t run in months so that’s a relief! They had a standard fee and that was what I paid for oil change, drain and replaced gas, and it needed a carburetor. They said they would be here today and they were here today and called when nearby. I would definitely recommend them.

We moved to Vero Beach from New England and purchased a new portable generator that ran sluggishly. I contacted Brian, who came to Vero to trouble shoot the generator and work with the supplier. After assessing and determining the gas and electrical hookups were effective, Brian realized the supplier's natural gas regulator was defective. The supplier sent us a new regulator which Brian came back to Vero to install. Brian also noted that the gas line provided was too small for the unit and contacted the supplier who provided us the proper hose. I can't say enough good things about Brian. The service he provided was excellent, and his commitment to helping us finally get our generator operating properly was noteworthy. Highly Recommended.

The initial repair went well, but a few days a later the generator started to leak. Brian promptly attempted to fix this. However, it still continued to leak and Brian will not respond to my attempts to contact him.

Wow, I would like to point out 1 disgruntled customer.... Lets be REAL about this situation. When I showed up you had cleaned the floor.... so lets address this, lets say I go and change the oil, spark plugs all that, your generator was not working for like a year or so. your carburetor was completely ruined, and it did not even have oil in the unit.... meaning it had leaked out... So I added oil, and when we ran it everything was fine, and then two weeks later you say its leaking,,,, I went there a total of 3 times and did not even charge you for those 3 visits.... NOW lets get to the part about being a decent human being, doing a little bit of research, maybe double checking with another small engine company.... my last visit i confirmed your oil leak was from your rear main seal.... now if you have any experience with engines at all, the rear main seal is completely hidden, and protected. I can not tamper with, hit it , bump it, mess with it, or anything to cause it to start to leak.... So honestly, i could not of caused that, and I KNOW I did not cause that. So please, i find it really disrespectful and rude that you would put these reviews... I treated you well, I told you what we needed to do and you obviously did not want to spend the money it would take to tear that apart..... so your basically trying to make me pay or cover the cost, but like i said call any engine shop, they will tell you that what service i performed on it, had no way shape or form anything to do with your oil leak.
