Brian was very pleasant, courteous and very thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and gave my husband tips for maintaining the portable generator. He tuned up the generator, changed the oil, air filter and spark plug. He also changed the dry-rotted wheels(for an extra charge, fueled it, then started it up and made sure it was working properly. Then he emptied the fuel and ran it dry. He instructed my husband how to start it up when we needed to use it. We like that he came to our house to do the maintenance/repairs. We would certainly hire him again.

Very good communication, punctual, Courteous, price was exactly as quoted. The best part was that Brian taught me how to operate and set up the generator to power our house. He didn't just tell me and show me, he had me do it all too.
