Gregorio is a great professional and I am thankful to have had him work with me on my new build. I am a novice when it comes to construction, but Gregorio was able to use his firsthand experience with multiple trades as well as his professional credentials to help guide me through the process of my build while also giving counsel on how to manage the contractors on my build. I look forward to having him draft and build special additional work I plan on completing in the future. Nothing but the best from Montano's Onpoint Building!

We absolutely loved working with Gregorio! He was very easy to work with and has helped us with multiple projects, always delivering on time. Whenever we needed him, he was there. For any future projects, he’ll be the one we call. If you’re looking for someone reliable to help with your plans, I highly recommend giving him a call. Montana’s did a superior job on the design and plans for my bardominium buildout project. Greg was very attentive to details, professional, timely and thorough. He made the process so much easier by bringing in his expertise of being a hands on builder for many years giving him a more well rounded understanding of construction. I highly recommend using them for your next residential or commercial project.

I needed a detailed set of plans drafted for the construction of an attached shelter over my patio The plans needed to be of very high quality and exceptionally detailed for the permitting process. The drafted plans were of excellent quality. The friendly service and great communication during the process were above and beyond anything I have experienced from any other builder or contractor. I highly recommend Montano’s Onpoint Building.

Yes, the pro provided excellent service assisting me in multiple small / mid range projects across my properties. I was highly impressed in the work that was conducted and how fast and efficient and the quality. Seen in the attached photos or progression updates of what type of work was conducted and performed in what I needed. Highly recommend.
