I received four quotes for my roof. Arber was the only person who spend about an hour at my house explaining what they would be doing, the products they would be using and why. This is why I selected him because of the detail he provided and he was able to answer all my questions. The day they did my roof, his team was at my house at 730am, started around 8, took a break around noon and was finished about 2ish. They did a great job. The next day the person who does their gutters came to put the new gutters on the house. I did have them change a couple things, but overall I was very pleased with this whole process. I found out from a neighbor that Arber had stopped at their house to state they were working in my yard and that if they found any debris to let him know. I thought that was very thoughtful to reach out to my neighbors to let them know they were working on my property. I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in getting a new roof/gutters.

I had three contractors bid on the replacement of the roofs on my house and garage. All three were very professional, they offered a quality product, and gave me a thorough explanation of what they would do. One offered an Owens Corning roof and the other two proposed virtually identical GAF roof systems. StormProof's price on the GAF roof system I now have was the lowest bid. The lowest price is nice, but I don't compromise on quality and service. I'm very particular about my house. Arber Shehu, the owner of StormProof Exteriors, asked me questions that the other two contractors didn't ask. He wanted to make sure I was getting the roof I wanted, and that I understood why he was recommending certain things. I felt more confident that I was making the right choice in hiring him to do the job. I also liked the fact that the company is located in the city of Milwaukee, where I live. I prefer to give my money to other members of my community who are invested in my city, rather than to suburban and exurban contractors who are happy to take money from Milwaukee residents, but don't want to live here, and probably say awful things about the city and its residents while they haul our dollars out to the suburbs. I always consider that when I hire a contractor.

Arber and his crews are the best. My wife and I had a wonderful experience from consultation to install and final walk-thru, we were extremely pleased. Super professional and high-quality work.

My roof had been leaking into my home when I called. Arber came to inspect my roof and give me an estimate. He was professional and friendly, but not pushy. Pricing was very fair, but the biggest issue for me was time. Since I was getting more damage to the inside of my home with every rain or snowfall, I wanted it done asap. They were able to get started right away. I ended up needing a new skylight that wasn't planned for and Arber was able to get one the same day without any delay in the job. They cleaned everything up and left no trace they were there behind. I am very happy with my choice and will recommend them to others.

Arber and his team did a great job on my roof. My roof leaked plus I wanted the brick chimney to be removed and then that roof area patched. They came out when they said they would, completed the project within an afternoon and the repairs look great. They were also very clean and safe. Arber also patiently explained everything and answered all of my questions. I would hire them again!

Owner went above and beyond to quickly do a temporary repair after a storm which blew several shingles off and also the tar paper . He came in a timely manner to replace my whole roof including my garage. Owner and his crew did excellent work and Iâ m very happy with the results. I have already recommended him to couple of colleagues.

Arber and his crew work very efficiently and the entire job was completed in one day. Tear off of old shingles on house and garage,chimney removal and new decking under shingles. I would definitely hire them again and have already recommended to a coworker.
