Prompt response to inquiry. Fair estimate. Friendly professional. We were notified by the city to fix the sidewalk which had buckled over this winter. Because of two trees. I had no idea of the process or the expense. Always unnerving. I loved these guys. Good price. Good experience.

Good people. Hard working. They did a good job for us. The project was about 10,000 sq ft of stamped and colored concrete, a heated fiberglass pool with a hot tub, several raised flower beds. They took care of it all; permits, electrical, plumbing, electronics for pool control, tree removal, etc .. the started on time and finished faster than expected. Everything still works great. They came quickly on service calls when we had issues. I would recommend them. I would make sure to write in details the scope of work

There is no one else in Albuquerque this talented, my landscape job proves that. After building a new house and needing almost an acre of property landscaped, I hired Z Construction. Their work and talent is next level !!

I had a white pic fence installed. I would have leveled the ground if I knew they wouldnt do it. The fence is high on one end. The hinges were put on the inside of the gate then moved to outside of gate and post on the inside shows the holes where first installed hinges. The hinge on the gate needs to be played with to work. The crew was not professional: swearing around young children here; trash all over my yard; never here when they told me.; playing around the fence throwing stones at each other; leaving my water on everyday and eating apples off my tree without asking; as well as leaving their tools around my yard after they left everyday and they used my electric to charge tools overnight without asking. I like the quality of the fence installed although the gate isnt perfect. With the items I mentioned, the boss was here the last few minutes of the job...the only time I saw him, to collect his pay. I would NOT recommend this company.

I spoke with John within a day of submitting my request. He was over my house the following day (he offered to come on the same day but I was unable). John was very knowledgeable and forthright. He quoted me a great price for vinyl fencing and stated it would be finished in a week. I didn't wait to get other quotes and hired him. I also inquired about installing a shed I would purchase from Home Depot and he again gave me a great quote to put together the shed with a concrete slab. His workers were over at the stated date and time and the 275ft vinyl fence and shed were installed a week after I first met John. I already have plans to hire Z-Scapes, Inc. for my landscaping. It was also great to see the workers happy on the job and actually thank me for the work. I would highly recommend John & Zak at Z-Scapes. Thank you for the great experience and the amazing new yard!
