Very responsive in coming out and giving me an estimate. Was responsive in coming back a second time to explain my options and didn't try to force me to do any thing more than necessary to repair my driveway. I also thought I needed new gutters and Jim was very sensitive to my budgetary restraints. He said I didn't need new gutters, just some repair work. He started and completed the work when he said he would and when I came home, I thought I was coming home to a new house. Very personable and professional and great to work with.

Very quick response time and turn around from estimate to work completion. This was a first sealing on a new driveway and we probably should have waited a day longer that suggested before driving on it. I understand that people are impatient but another day parking on the street would have been better with such a heavy coat of seal. Time will tell though. Was very happy overall.

Jim was highly responsive to my inquiries, both in terms of contacting me in a timely manner and answering all of the questions that I had about the job. I asked them to do some other work, in addition to the immediate repair, which they were happy to provide estimates for and complete on the same day. I was pleased with the service and the work, as well as the recommendations for future upkeep that they suggested. I would recommend them to anyone, and intend to use them for future work.
