Alberto gave a good estimate for the work and I am very pleased with the process. He had good solutions to my needs and is very knowledgeable. His crew is timely, tidy, and thorough. I will use Wini's Construction again!

They were great. They kept in touch throughout the whole job. As it was an outdoor job? The last two weeks all it did was rain when the rain let up they came. They replaced all four pillars on my house. The finished was great. The area was perfectly cleaned. Albert kept in touch with me to make sure everything was fine. This company did an excellent job.

Roberto and his family are a great crew. Fabulous to work with, great attention to detail, did more than asked. Highly recommend.

Alberto and team were very friendly and professional. They did an outstanding job on my entire project. They framed the walls, tore out and replaced the dry wall, and they insulated all my exterior walls in all the rooms downstair. They patched the dry wall in the ceiling in all the rooms. Alberto created a new storage area with a shelve and doors in the one bedroom for storing shoes or whatever I wanted to put in there. Built a access door in first bedroom closet to access the storage space under the stairs and built an access door in the second bedroom closest so we could have access to the pipes behind that closet. They removed the drop ceiling tiles and installed dry wall with recess lights for my downstairs hallway. They tore out and replaced all baseboards, door trim, and window trim in all the rooms. They removed all flooring and put all new waterproof flooring throughout the entire downstairs. Alberto removed the tile floor in my foyer and replaced it with marble tile which looks fantastic in my foyer. Alberto tore out the old metal banister and replaced it with a wood banister in my upstairs family room and on the stair case going downstairs. They sanded the banister and the downstairs steps, stained, and put a polyurethane top coat to protect the stairs and he was able to match the stain to my existing floor upstairs.They painted all the ceilings, walls, and trim throughout the downstairs. Removed and replaced all the bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room doors as well as putting in new door knobs for each door. Alberto even fixed my sticking side door and now the door fits perfectly. I am so happy with my downstairs now and I will definitely ask Alberto and team to come back to do more work in the future.

Alberto responded quickly, came on time, was very friendly and professional. The cost was very reasonable. One of the jobs was more difficult than expected but he took care of it efficiently and without complaint.

Great for those small jobs that were just too big for me.
